A Visit to Girls Rock Campaign Boston
On Wednesday, August 7, the MDU team had the honor of visiting Girls Rock Campaign Boston at Berklee College of Music's Fordham Road Facility in Allston, MA to award the 2018 Grant Recipient with $10,000. The Girls Rock Campaign Boston is all about empowering girls to believe in themselves by providing a supportive community that fosters self-expression, confidence, and collaboration through musical education and performance. During the week long course, camp attendees have the freedom of creative expression by working on writing an original song amongst a group.
