Music Drives Us is now on air!
Massachusetts native Jaybeau Jones has been on the air and behind a microphone for all of his adult life and part of his childhood.
Starting at 16, Jaybeau's extensive behind-the-mic career took him to New York, Chicago, Philly, Boston Providence, and Hartford. One of Jaybeau's proudest moments was his chance to fill in for the iconic Rick Dees on "The Rick Dees Weekly Top 40" national countdown that aired all over the world.
Add to that he was inducted into the Rhode Island Broadcasters Hall Of Fame in 2017.
Currently you can hear Jaybeau weeknights from 6pm to 12 midnight on SiriusXM's "70's on 7" where he's held down that position since 2012.
Not only was he on the air, Jaybeau's broadcast career had him behind the scenes programming radio stations in some of America's biggest cities like Chicago, Philadelphia, and Boston.
When Jaybeau is not on the air, you can find him at a concert, their pool at home in Central Massachusetts or binge-watching British crime shows with his best friend Heidi, who is also his wife. Don't forget Ellie, his feline daughter!
